Sobek AI is creating a platform for emerging processes in life sciences. With the emergence of new data sources, including synthetic data, new types of AI models, and high-performance computational methods, the nature of work in R&D as well as manufacturing is changing.
Sobek AI uses Generative AI and other cutting-edge techniques to convert biopharma literature, scientific databases, task logs, signal captures, and expert evaluations into actionable learnings to help design, execute, and optimize new frontier workflows.

Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
- 4+ YOE in full-cycle product design and implementation.
- Experience in implementing and scaling back-end services and APIs (AWS or Azure), including auth strategies.
- Proven experience creating scalable code in Python, Node.js, Flask, contemporary NoSQL databases, and React.
- A history of mentoring engineers and collaborating across disciplines.
- Bonus: Experience with ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-Learn, Spark NLP, Pytorch) and familiarity with LLM-based Libraries.
- Bonus: You’ve worked in startup environments or early-stage product teams.
